I respect your privacy. On this website I only collect the data needed to reply to your message. I don’t sell it, I don’t share it for marketing purposes and I don’t run advertising based on it.
1. Contact about your data
This website is run by Keller Digital. For any matters concerning your data, write to kontakt@kellerdigital.pl.
2. What data I collect and why
Contact form. When you fill in the form, I receive your full name, phone number, e-mail address and message. I use them only to call you back or reply to your enquiry. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in replying to your message (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, if you ask about working together, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Phone and e-mail. If you call or write to me directly, I process the data you provide for the same purpose and on the same basis.
Visit statistics. With your consent I use analytics cookies to know how many people visit the website and which pages are read. This is aggregated data; I don’t use it to identify individual people (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
3. What I don’t do
- I don’t use marketing or advertising cookies.
- I don’t track you for behavioural targeting and I don’t build a profile of you.
- I don’t run advertising campaigns using data from this website.
- I don’t send newsletters or offers you haven’t asked for.
- I don’t sell or share data with other companies for marketing purposes.
4. How long I keep data
I keep data from the form, e-mail or call only for the duration of our contact. If we don’t start working together, I delete the message and contact details promptly after the conversation ends. If we do work together, the contract will set out how data is processed.
Data from analytics cookies is stored for the period stated in the cookie policy. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time in the cookie settings on the website.
5. Who has access to the data
Only I have access to the data. Technically, data may pass through companies that provide services I need to run the website: the hosting provider, the e-mail provider and the analytics tool provider. They act on my instructions and may not use the data for their own purposes.
The analytics tool may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case it is done on the basis of a European Commission adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
6. Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your data and receive a copy of it,
- rectify data that is inaccurate,
- request erasure of your data,
- request restriction of processing,
- object to processing based on legitimate interest,
- withdraw your consent to analytics cookies at any time, without affecting earlier processing,
- lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw) or with the data protection authority in your country of residence.

7. Do I have to provide data
Providing data in the form is voluntary, but without your name, phone number and e-mail address I won’t be able to contact you. I don’t make automated decisions or carry out profiling based on your data.
8. Changes to this policy
If the way data is processed changes, I will update this page and the date at the top.
